No, it’s not 24 hours, it’s not 24 Days, not even 24th the date or say 24 the series. It’s the damn age! We aged Fam.

We didn’t stop at just ageing and facing whatever trials and tribulations that come along with it, we added another year folks. Another milestone to kicking ass, to registering remarkable success and to growing.

It feels great ageing gracefully but most importantly it soothes my soul knowing that we’ve overcome a lot to get here.

Adulting is waking up to bills that you have to pay without anyone forcing you but because you’re obviously obligated to. It’s life, every year that ticks by, I learn things the hard way, I draw inspiration from just about anything.

24 has taught me to treat everyone around me with respect. At this point in life, I’m utmostly grateful for the people I’ve met in my life, those that have turned into brothers and sisters, the folks that have thrown some opportunities my way that has seen me become the man I am today.

Not very many folks my age have managed to achieve half the things I’ve managed to get and maybe many have achieved way too much more than I have but I’d never complain or despair. He’s brought me this far and I’ve always believed that there’s a lot more the Lord has in store for me.

24 is young and old but to me it’s such a challenging experience to not only grow in mind but to also help those around me grow too.

Here’s to more life, here’s a toast to much much more!
