Yagaliza Muno!

I’ve been places, arrived to stages of success thanks to the people I’ve met, the relations I’ve created and the zeal to collaborate with as many people. To some, I’ve been grateful and to others I’ve been indebted for their push and pat on the back.

There’s this one thing that unites us all and soothes our souls and it’s the deliberate will to share with our folks. In our best means, if we can share something or an opportunity we’ve got then surely we’ll all contribute to each other’s growth someday

I hurt more every when I see disgruntled youths say they’ve looked for Jobs for years and have failed to even make to it an interview. CVs have been updated and written, Graduation came and went, a party was thrown and all seemed a picture perfect moment for the rest of your life but that’s not the case now. You’re devastated, your life sucks, you feel unworthy of yourself and you self-esteem has been left in shambles.

This is not me telling you all will be better, this is me telling you that it’s fucking going to get fine, hang in there, hustle harder!

What you hoped would be a fairytale is something far different. You can’t seem to wake up from the dream you think you’re in. Everything you’ve ever hoped and wished for goes down the drain each day that goes by.

Folks your age are having great lives, eating at the finest diners and traveling to amazing destinations while you’re here grappling with debts and acute Broke-ness. You’re stuck with the same old shoe and blouse and broken dreams and ambitions. To that point, life is everything but fair. It’s a shame, it’s a sad chapter or say a whole book of your life. It’s pathetic!

We rise by Uplifting Others ~ Robert Ingersoll

There are youths out there that have tried everything and nothing has worked out. They’ve lost hope, given up on life, been victims of selfish individuals and exploitation because they’re vulnerable.

No they ain’t stupid, they ain’t foolish but the truth of the matter is life can really mean to be hard at sometimes, it can hold your balls down and give you doses of pain and frustration. Life can really be a menace when you’re that kind of youth. Understandably, it’s sad.

If you ever find yourself on the other side, the privileged side, lend out a hand, share a link to a job, throw in a word for your mates and let them secure that Job bwana. Don’t sit on an opportunity when someone out there can use it.

Thing is, if you’re waiting for the government to come pull you out of the ditch then you’re poised to stay there a little longer. The government doesn’t give a fuck, they don’t care about you. They’re busy tending to matters that satisfy them and not we the electorate. Admit it, we’re on our own and the people you know or meet are the ones that might pull you out tomorrow.

Go out there, go out of your means and comfort, meet people, tell them your story, don’t allow to be used, know your worth, work smarter than harder too.

I may not have fully been the guy that has successfully done these but for any job opportunity ive gotten, I’ve shared with due diligence with my Folks. Yes! I’ve been disappointed by some of those I’ve recommended but then again, some of them have really settled in well and earned themselves decent lives thanks to my connect.

All my Jobs (the past and currents) have been as a result of recommendations and connects from folks. I strive never to let anyone who does recommend me down.

I know there could be times where you’ve helped folks and they turn out to be snakes. I know how that hurts but leave it to God man…Karma is a bitch, remember that!

You won’t lose an arm, a finger, organ or your ego when you Uplift others. It’s Priceless, try it!

There is a fountain of youth: it is your mind, your talents, the creativity you bring to your life and the lives of the people you love. When you learn to tap this source, you will have truly defeated age. ~ Sophia Loren
